Domestic Shipping

Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Sticker Hunt. The following are the terms & conditions that constitute our shipping policies.
 

We proudly offer Free Domestic Shipping on orders anywhere in the U.S.
 

All orders will ship with USPS Ground Advantage - Package with Tracking included.

Items that ship from The Sticker Hunt warehouse:
If you place an order by 12pm PDT Mon-Fri - your order will ship the same day.
If you place an order after 12pm PDT - your order will ship the next business day.
If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday - your order will ship the next business day.

Canada and Intenational Orders

If you live outside of the US and would like to place an order,
please reach out to us directly at admin@thestickerhunt.com so we can better assist your needs.

Sticker Return & Exchange Policy

You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange. If 15 days have gone by,
unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please be prepared to provide your order number when requesting your return.

After your return is approved, we will provide a shipping label and tracking number.

Digital Product Return & Exchange Policy

We appreciate your interest in our digital stickers. Please note that due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for our digital sticker purchases. By purchasing our digital stickers, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  • Digital Product Nature: Our stickers are digital, downloadable files that are delivered electronically. Once the purchase is completed and the files are delivered, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Instant Access: Upon successful purchase, you will gain immediate access to the digital sticker files. This means that we cannot revoke access or ensure the return of the files once they have been downloaded or accessed.

  • Compatibility and Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure that the digital stickers are compatible with your intended software, device, or platform before making a purchase. We provide detailed specifications and requirements for our digital stickers to help you make an informed decision.

  • All Sales Final: All sales of our digital stickers are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the design, compatibility issues, or change of mind.

  • Quality Assurance: We strive to provide high-quality digital stickers that meet or exceed your expectations. If you encounter any technical issues or difficulties accessing the files, please contact our customer support team, and we will assist you to the best of our ability.

  • Intellectual Property Rights: The purchase of our digital stickers does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property rights. All copyrights and intellectual property rights remain with The Sticker Hunt.
